• The Silver Spoon Dinner's database is secured by password. The database and hard-copy information is maintained and updated by the Chairpersons who ensure compliance with PIPEDA
  
  
• All personal information collected and stored will continue to be used only for purposes directly relating to the ongoing operation of the organization. This includes direct mailings and e-mailing relating to the Silver Spoon Dinner events, invitations/cards and donation requests.
